GENERAL TOS:
- I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own art.- I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.- If payment isn't sent within given time then the commission will be canceled; unless you give a proper reason.- Do not send money until I say so.- Client may re-upload the image with credits given to me.-I accept, USD (Cashapp and PayPal) and AC on some occasions.The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.✧༺♥༻✧
In Depth TOS:1. Client Obligations
- MUST read through my TOS and Commission Wiki.- Write a clear and brief description of the type of commission you'd like. Once I accept, you should give a detailed description of exactly what you want.- Must provide multiple clear reference photos of the character/subject.- Respond in a reasonable amount of time. Commission will be cancelled if you take multiple days to respond.- It is YOUR responsibility if any important information, descriptions, and/or references are failed to be provided that result in the piece not being completed to your full satisfaction.✧༺♥༻✧
2 . Payment and Fees
- USD payments are done through PayPal or CashApp. Amino Coins must be sent to my commission wiki.- Do not pay untill I say so. If I'm working with a deadline the payment should be sent before I start. Without a deadline the payment should typically be after a sketch, depending on the commission this WILL vary.- If payment isn't sent within given time, the commission will be cancelled.- A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines. Price of the fee will depend on the base price of the commission and the amount of time given.✧༺♥༻✧
3 . Process and Turn Around Time
- Deadlines must be agreed on before I start the commission.- I will send over a sketch for approval before continuing the commission.- WIPs will be shown throughout the commission process.- Sketch and work-in-progress shots will be sent as low-res, watermarked images.- Turn around time depending on the commission, may take anywhere from a day or two, to a week.- I will do my best to complete the commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing the commission. I will notify you as soon as possible if anything comes up to keep you informed.✧༺♥༻✧
4 . Cancelations and Refunds
- Once the final piece is approved by client, a refund is not allowed.- You may cancel the commission any time before the piece is done, which I will issue a refund equal to the amount of work not done.- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.- You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the final artwork.✧༺♥༻✧
5 . Allowed/Disallowed Content
Allowed content:
- People portraits
- OC portraits
- Furry OCs
- Feral animals (pets and OCs)
- Gore (Must follow community guidelines)
- OCs based on shows or animes as long as the character is yours and not just an exact copy from the show.Disallowed content:
- Characters that you do not own. Such as from a tv show or anime.
- Nsfw
- Characters intended to be or appearing underage in any sexual or suggestive context.
- Extreme Fetishes
- Any sort of hateful content, such as racism, transphobia, homophobia, and characters with Nazi/Soviet/etc. imagery or paraphernalia
- Anything else that's illegal.✧༺♥༻✧
6 . What you receive
- Full requested size of the art. Digital will be emailed. Traditional can either be emailed or laminated and shipped. (Client pays lamination and shipping costs)- Images are always sent as 300 DPI PNGs unless another resolution/file type is requested.- You will receive the following after approvals at the appropriate stages during the commission process:• Sketch wips
• Final sketch
• Coloring wips
• Shading/lighting wips
• Final artwork✧༺♥༻✧
7 . Copyright and Conditions for Reposting
- I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own art.- I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.- I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.- Any characters in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.- The final product is strictly for your personal use only. All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited.- The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given and links back to me/tags me and my signature remains intact and unaltered when sharing or using the commissioned work.-  You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:• Print the work for personal use.
• Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
• Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.- You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:• Claim the artwork as yours.
• Remove my signature.
• Draw over or otherwise alter the artwork.
• Color in my sketches or lineart.
• Use the commissioned piece in anything related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
• Reproduce the work commercially.
• Using my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.✧༺♥༻✧
